ELIGIBILITY

PRICING

Pricing for consultations, wellness programs, coaching services, educational workshops, speaking engagements, digital resources, physical products, and professional consulting services is listed on the website when available or provided directly through an estimate or proposal. Certain consulting projects, organizational services, and customized programs are negotiated on a per-project basis.

Afro Swank Consulting reserves the right to modify pricing at any time before a purchase or service agreement is completed.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

Custom consulting engagements may require deposits, milestone payments, or payment upon invoice.

Invoices are generally due within thirty (30) days unless different payment terms are stated in writing.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

LATE PAYMENTS

Any unpaid invoice that remains outstanding after its due date may incur a late payment charge of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month or the maximum amount permitted by applicable law, whichever is lower.

Afro Swank Consulting reserves the right to suspend future services until outstanding balances have been paid in full.

Clients are responsible for reasonable collection costs, including attorney's fees where permitted by law.

APPOINTMENTS

Appointments are reserved specifically for each client.

Clients are encouraged to arrive on time to receive the full benefit of their scheduled consultation.

Late arrivals may result in shortened appointments or rescheduling depending on availability.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least twenty-four (24) hours' advance notice.

Appointments cancelled with less than twenty-four (24) hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the appointment fee or deposit.

Missed appointments without notice are considered no-shows and are non-refundable.

Program sessions missed without proper notice may be counted as completed sessions.

Exceptions may be granted at the sole discretion of Afro Swank Consulting in documented emergency situations.

REFUND POLICY

Consultation fees, coaching sessions, hair and scalp assessments, wellness consultations, and professional services are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.

Hair restoration programs, coaching packages, and consulting engagements become non-refundable once services have begun.

Digital products, downloadable resources, online courses, educational materials, and assessments are non-refundable due to their immediate accessibility.

Unused and unopened physical products may be eligible for return within fourteen (14) days of purchase with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.

Opened or used products are not eligible for refund unless otherwise required by applicable law.

SHIPPING

Estimated shipping times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery by the shipping carrier.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, educational materials, programs, trademarks, graphics, branding, logos, text, photographs, videos, downloadable resources, course materials, and proprietary methodologies remain the exclusive property of Afro Swank Consulting unless otherwise stated.

No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, sold, or republished without prior written permission.

The names Swank'N Locks™, Crown Conversations™, Crown Check™, and related branding are proprietary identifiers of Afro Swank Consulting.

USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information when applicable.

RESULTS DISCLAIMER

Hair growth, scalp improvement, wellness outcomes, and restoration results vary significantly between individuals.

Results depend upon numerous factors including genetics, medical history, medications, nutrition, consistency, lifestyle, environmental influences, and adherence to recommendations.

No guarantee of specific outcomes is made or implied.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Afro Swank Consulting shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the website, services, products, educational materials, consultations, or recommendations.
